Welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), specializing in Labor Economics and Applied Microeconomics.
My research focuses on issues at the intersection of Labor Economics and the Economics of Immigration. My work sheds light on the sources of the pay gap between immigrants and non-immigrants and the causal effects of immigration on the labor market.
I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto in 2025. I also have an MA in Economics from the University of Michigan, a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto, and a BA in Criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University.
